For someone coming from an island like me, a beach is everything. It’s somewhere you go to, not only to check the girls out, but also a place to put some food on the barbecue, hang out with relatives, relax and read a book. Being that it’s Summer it’s only right for me to list some of world’s most breathtaking beaches for you to enjoy.
This small island, Klein Curacao is a 1.7 square kilometres uninhabited island south-east of Curaçao in the Caribbean Sea, and is part of the country of Curaçao. Klein is Dutch for small and it’s named this because it’s the smaller island of the already small island Curacao. The beach here belongs to one of the most beautiful beaches of Curacao and is a must see. After about an hour boat trip you arrive at the island with it’s old lighthouse that you can see from far. The island is also a great place to go diving or snorkeling, there will be enough to see. Trust me.
Tropea Beach is probably one of the most famous beaches in Italy. It lies in Calabria, in the south of Italy. The clear water and white sands attracts thousands of tourists. Standing from the beach it’s a beautiful sight looking up.
Cayo de Agua (Water Cay in English) is the name of an island in the eastern Caribbean Sea. It is located north of Venezuela, on the western edge of the National Park “Los Roques” for the north bordering the Cocos Tips Keys, Key Pelona water and Selesquí Bequevé, and southeast are the keys Two Mosquises. This island geographically belongs to Los Roques national park, the name of this key comes from having fresh water wells within it.
This beach is so beautiful it’s almost unreal, but if it is real, I want to be there. Anse Coco beach is located on La Digue, the third biggest inhabited island of Seychelles. Anse Coco is the most isolated, stunning and unspoilt beach on La Digue.
This just as the one above seems a bit unreal, but it really does exist. Whitehaven Beach is located on the largest of the 74 Whitsunday islands. The beach is a seven km stretch along the island, which is accessible by boat from Arlie Beach and Shute Harbour. The white sand consists of 98% pure silica which gives it a bright white color.
Kuta Beach is a beach located in Kuta, Indonesia. Kuta beach is also known as Sunset Beach. Kuta with it’s wide spread of white sand was originally discovered by tourists as a surfing paradise. It’s the most visited beach compared with other beaches in Bali.
Kanuhura is located on the eastern rim of Lhaviyani Atoll.
The island measures approximately 1000 meters in length and 200 meters in width, with a north-south orientation. It offers the best in watersports and diving.
Cala Luna is another one of those lovely Italian beaches. It’s situated just a little south from Cala Gonone; it is almost five-hundred metres long and is bordered on the south by the pool created by the Codula di Luna brook and on the north by a series of big grottos lined up along the rocky wall.
Olüdeniz, literally Dead Sea is named after his calm waters even during storms. It lies in the southwestern coast of Turkey at the conjunction point of the Aegean and Mediterranean seas. The official translation is Blue Lagoon. The turquoise water will stay gorgeous for tourists as Turkey has made it a nature reserve and prohibited building around the area.
Playa Paraiso is located on Cayo Largo del Sur, a coral island belonging to Cuba. The beach, together with nearby Playa Sirena, is the most outstanding of the spectacular stretches of sand along the length of the island. Located on the more protected western end of Cayo largo, these are broad expanses of glistening, fine white sand, bordering the clear Caribbean Sea.
St. Martin’s Maho Beach is one of world’s most famous beaches. This because it’s situated right next to the Princess Juliana airport on the Dutch side of the island. Because of the short runway, big aircrafts need to make good use of to whole length of it, passing real low on the beach. This together with the beautiful blue water and white sands make this beach a great attraction.
Tulum is the site of a Pre-Columbian Maya walled city serving as a major port for Cobá. The ruins are situated on 12-meter tall cliffs, along the east coast of the Yucatán Peninsula on the Caribbean Sea in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
Bonaire, one of the ABC islands is considered a snorkel paradise by many. The white sandy beaches of Harbour Village Beach are inviting to those wanting to relax as to those who want to discover the underwater world.
Just outside Oranjestad, approximately the height of the international airport, is Renaissance Island. This island consists of mangrove and two beaches. The white sandy beaches are on the south side of the island, which you reasonably sheltered from the northeast trade wind almost always blows on Aruba. Western Beach, Flamingo Beach, a beach where beautiful salmon-orange flamingos walk between the guests. This course delivers beautiful photos on. Flamingo Beach is for adults only, which is mainly due course with the welfare of the birds. The other beach is accessible to children. Renaissance Island is exclusively for guests of the Renaissance hotels in Oranjestad. You need to get to the boat that takes you to and from the island free.
Knip Bay lies in the western area of the small island of Curacao, which is also the biggest of the ABC-islands. Playa Kenepa as it’s called by the natives consists of two beaches, Kenepa Grandi and Kenepa Chiki, meaning Big and small Knip. Both are beautiful beaches with white sandy beaches and crystal clear water.
